Section 214(1) in Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
(1)Short title and commencement. - (i) These rules may be called the Hindu Marriage Rules, 1956. [G.L. 1/58](ii)The Rules shall come into force on the date of [publication] [Published in the Bihar Gazette, dated the 7th August, 1957 (vide notification no. 221-R, dated the 23rd July, 1957.] in the Bihar Gazette.
