Section 20A(5) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(5)Each Board of Studies shall -(a)make recommendation relating to introduction of the course of studies for each of the subjects in general and in vocational stream;(b)perform such functions as may be assigned to it by the Council.
