Section 41(1) in The Rajasthan Municipal Service Rules, 1963
(1)The Director shall, immediately after the receipt of the applications in Form I under Rule 40 verify the correctness of the particulars mentioned therein with reference to the service record and prepare a list of all such officers gradewise in each category in the other of seniority.
