2. When these matters came up for hearing on 19.02.2015, this Court granted an interim order as follows:
"...there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners, if there are any vacancies existing to be filled up from BC-D woman category, in accordance with merit, priority and the scheme regarding land losers..."
3. The respondent Nos. 2 and 4 herein, filed a counter stating that, in case any vacancies are available under land losers category as per the notification issued for recruitment of JPA, the case of the petitioners may be considered for appointment. If the vacancies have been filled up and no posts are available, then as per Rule-4(1) of G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 15.04.1986, the petitioner may be considered for appointment, filled in by the candidates belonging to B.C-D(W) category in the 50% posts that may arise in the future.
