Decision:

3.     Heard the submissions.    The respondent authority submits that  they had asked the  appellant   to   come   for   inspection   of   record   and   after   inspection   he   had   procured   some  documents.  Thereafter, he did not seek any further documents.  The Commission directs the  respondent authority/Mr. Kaushik, PIO/DDE, to furnish information to the appellant, regarding  the action taken on the appellant's  complaint dt.6.5­2012 against the Sanwal Das Memorial  School, Kotla Mubarak Pur, New Delhi, within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
