Vide RTI dt 4.3.12, appellant had sought photocopies of applications of those candidates who had been called for interview for the post of Reader, Associate Professor, Lecturer, Asstt Professor in the Department of Telugu, vide their advertisement dt 1.1.10.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 21.3.12, informed the appellant to deposit Rs 10000 as photocopying charges.
3. An appeal was filed on 12.9.12.
4. AA vide order dt 29.9.12, observed that the appellant had vide his earlier letter dt 30.1.12 had clearly mentioned that he needed attested copies enclosed to the application. Accordingly, decision of the CPIO was upheld.
