Sir, shall we try to find out what is the commonality? We have to refer to this U.P. Government episode because this is a party of so-called principles and morality. Well, I do not know all the details. But who does not know of a Government consisting of deserters, those who defected from one party to several other parties? I remember the picture which came out on the T.V., and newspapers on the day Mayawatiji was ensconced in the centre with Shri Vajpayee on one side and Shri L.K. Advani on the other side in the Main Committee Room of the Parliament House Annexe announcing the great alliance and sharing of the Chief Ministership every six months -- what I had called a constitutional monstrosity. That was the first time ever when the high office of the Chief Ministership became a matter of sauda or a matter of sharing every six months. I am sure, Mayawatiji will be able to defend herself now, who is at the receiving end, because she is not supporting them.

SHRI SATYA PAL JAIN : I am on a point of order under rule 352. We cannot discuss the conduct of the Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly in this House. She has used some derogatory remarks and those remarks should be expunged. (Interruptions)
