This contempt is filed for non-compliance with Annexure I interim order by which, on 17.8.2012, I directed maintenance of status quo as on that date till the next posting date in respect of the transfer of the petitioner from Kannur to Kasaragod. The petitioner's grievance is that by Annexure III dated 18.8.2012, the Managing Director had directed to relieve all incumbents concerned immediately without delay. The petitioner apprehends that pursuant to Annexure III order, the petitioner will be relieved like in the case of another person covered by Annexure VI order. Learned standing counsel for the Matsyafed assures the Court that the petitioner has not been relieved contrary to Annexure I order. This is recorded and the contempt case is closed.
