*KUMARI SUSHMITA DEV (SILCHAR): As a first time Member of Parliament, the very first issue I raised was about communication to and from my constituency.

          The burning issue was the delay in completion of the Broad Gauge line from Silchar to Lumding.

          The train services have commenced but this monsoon has already disrupted the services in the DIMA HASAO section.
