          I urge the Government to have targeted programmes to improve quality of education given especially to this section of society. Most of them even cannot afford to go to a private school. It would require a major intervention from this Government to do well and to achieve their dreams.

          With these words, I would once again like to thank this Government for including the Sualgiri and Swalgiri castes in the SC list in Odisha as well. Thank you, Sir.

 

श्री विनायक भाऊराव राऊत (रत्नागिरी-सिंधुदुर्ग) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, एक महत्वपूर्ण बिल लाया गया है, मैं उसका समर्थन करने के लिए खड़ा हुआ हूं। मैं सबसे पहले मंत्री महोदय गहलोत जी को धन्यवाद दूंगा कि पिछले कई वर्षों से अपने हक के लिए जो समाज झगड़ रहा था, मांग कर रहा था, कई बार आंदोलन कर रहा था, उन्हें न्याय देने का एक महत्वपूर्ण काम इस विधेयक के माध्यम से हो रहा है।
