In sequel to order dated 03.09.2024 status report on affidavit of Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh dated 21.09.2024 has been filed indicating therein that in 57 cases warrants of ejectment have been issued during the years 2016 and 2017, which are pending for execution. We are in 2024 and till date execution of warrants of ejectment is pending.
