श्री सत्यनारायण जटिया : सभापति महोदय, मैं माननीय सदन की चिन्ता के बारे में सरकार के जो प्रयास हैं उनसे सदन को अवगत कराना अपना दायित्व और कर्तव्य समझता हूं। जो बहस हो चुकी है और उसमें जो बातें माननीय सदस्यों ने कही हैं उन सभी को मैंने नोट किया है। इस प्रकार से जो बातें माननीय सदस्यों की ओर से आ रही हैं, उनके बारे में विचार किया जाएगा, किन्तु यह तो बहुत सीमित संशोधन का विधान है। इसमें इन सबका समावेश नहीं किया जा सकता है।

श्री सत्यनारायण जटिया: मैं माननीय सदस्य को बताना चाहता हूं कि यह तो न्यूनतम है।

श्री तरित बरण तोपदार : सभापति महोदय, मैं मंत्री महोदय से यह जानना चाहता हूं कि इस ८० हजार रुपए का क्या आधार है। यह किस प्रकार फिक्स किया गया है। दूसरी बात मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं कि इसको एक लाख रुपए कर दिया जाए। यह किस आधार पर किया गया है, इस बात को आप हमें समझाइए?
