Shri Kalyan Singh was the former Chief Minister and he is a Member of this House. He deposed before the Liberhans Commission that the conspiracy was hatched at the residence of Shri L.K. Advani for demolition of Babri Masjid. Now when Shri Kalyan Singh appeared before the Liberhans Commission, he changed his statement.
