It is noticed that vide RTI application dated 17.5.2012, the appellant had sought information on a number of paras about Simhadri Super Thermal Power Station, Paravada, including the Citizen's Charter of the Company. Shri Yadav submits that para-wise information was provided to the appellant vide letter dated 13.8.2012. The said letter is perused.
