IA No. 5974/15 Shri D.S. Panwar learned counsel for petitioner. Shri Salil Ekdi learned counsel prays for time to file Vakalatnama on behalf of ex director of the company in liquidation.
On a query he has also submitted that there is no Vakalatnama available with him today.
On the previous date also some other advocate had appeared on behalf of ex-director of company in liquidation and made a similar prayer.
This appears to be a dilatory tactic on behalf of the ex director-Vijay Choudhary. However, by way of last indulgence, two weekâs time is granted to file Vakalatnama and reply.
OLR 20/17 Shri H.Y. Mehta learned counsel for OL. This OLR has been filed by the OL for approving the highest offer of the Shri Ramareddy Venkata Guntaka whose highest offer for lot no. 2 has been accepted by the Asset Sale Committee.
It will be open to all the concerned parties to obtain a copy of this OLR from the OL and file their objection before the next date of hearing.
