In the writ petitions (WPS No. 5084/2013 and 5099/2013), respondents have appeared and filed their counter affidavit and taken a common stand that the Inquiry Officer has simply asked the petitioners to approach the Management to procure such documents as may be required. Respondents have also stated that proceedings are being conducted in the proper manner by the Inquiry Officer.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners may be allowed to approach the Management before whom they have earlier made representation with the same request.
