HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA Order 29/11/2018 Vide order dated 4.10.18 passed by this Court, Computer Forensic and Data Mining Laboratory under Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi, was appointed as Examiner of the data maintained by the MSTC for e- auction in question.
A copy of the order was served by the appellant to the said Agency and in response thereto, vide communication dated 29.10.18, the General Manager (Systems), MSTC Limited, has been informed that the Computer Forensic and Data Mining Lab (2 of 2) [SAW-1070/2018] (CFDML) has been notified by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology with a limited scope (Computer (Media) Forensics) and to meet the requirements of SFIO only and therefore, the said Agency is not in position to analyze the data as directed by this Court.
