In the present writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 10.04.2025 passed by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Skill Development & Technical Education Department- opposite party no.1, whereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services as Assistant Professor of Mathematics.
