Learned earned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law raised in the present petition had already been decided by this Court in CWP No.4165 No. of 2019 titled "HSMITC Ltd and anr. Versus The Presiding esiding Officer , Labour Court and a anr." decided on 11.02.2025 hence, the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents does not raise any objection in case the present petition is disposed of in terms of CWP No.4165 of 2019 titled "HSMITC Ltd and anr. Versus The Presiding esiding Officer , Labour Court and a anr." decided on 11.02.2025.
