The petitioners were employed as fish farm workers in the Matsyafed, Palaikari farm, Chembu in Kottayam District, on daily wages. It appears that, their service has been discontinued from the year 2019. They had approached the Manager of the Matsyafed permitting to continue in the service, evident from Exts. P2 and P3 representations.
2. I am of the view that, the Manager shall forward the representations to the Managing Director within one week. The Managing Director shall take appropriate decision within a further period of two weeks.
