This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No. 3 in not considering the certificate submitted by the petitioner in certificates verification process for the post of Village Sericulture Assistant notified in Notification No. 01/SERI/2019 dated 26-07-2019 and insisting to produce the latest community certificate with regard to the caste 'Perika Balija' and proceeding with the selection process for the said post as illegal and arbitrary.
