The short grievance raised by the applicant in the present Original Application filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 is that when the result of other candidates for Traffic Apprentice & Goods Guard was declared on 21.10.2014, his result has been withheld.
2. We find that before approaching the Tribunal, the applicant has not complied with the provisions of Section 20 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, i.e., he has not exhausted the departmental remedies.
