The petitioner's grievance relating to non- supply of answer scripts has been substantially redressed by the University. However, since the petitioner is not satisfied with the evaluation of the theory papers in connection with 7th semester, MBBS 3rd Professional Part-I examination, as a very special case and without creating any precedent, I direct the Vice Chancellor of the West Bengal University of Health Sciences to have all the answer scripts of the petitioner pertaining to theory and supplementary papers re-evaluated by a senior examiner of the University who did not have the occasion earlier to evaluate such answer scripts.
