HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR GAUR Order 21/11/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had participated in the recruitment process initiated for the course of Basic Computer Instructor and the petitioner was declared successful in the written examination.

Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner possesses the qualification of B.Tech in Computer Science and as such he is duly qualified.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application to the respondents, returnable on 30th November, 2022. Notices be given 'dasti', if prayed.

In the meanwhile, one post of Basic Computer Instructor shall be kept vacant.
