That was the charge. He was arrested at 5.30 a.m. and he died at 8 o’clock in the police custody, which is 10/4 and where the PSO is sitting. A youth of 35 years, a son of a widow, died in the police custody in the Sabarmati Police Station, which is within the constituency of Shri L.K. Advani.
