Appellant: Mr. Surender Singh Saini on teleconference through his mobile no. 9417162217; Respondent: Absent;
The Appellant states that the list of experts provided to him is only for the period of March 2008 in response to query 2 & 3. He had sought information relating to the period January 2008 to September 2009. Hence the complete list of all the experts should be provided to him alongwith details of actual remuneration paid to the experts. He also alleges that in the limited list given to him the name of only one expert was provided in certain cases whereas the team consists of over three experts.
Decision:
The appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide the complete list of experts alongwith the actual remuneration paid them to the Appellant before 15 March 2010.
