On perusal of the RTI application the Commission noted that the Appellant had not sought any information as defined under Section 2(f) of the RTI Act and has sought the PIO's opinions on the issue of Medical Practitioners taking kickbacks/commissions. Information available on record (ie. Regulations 2002) have been provided to the Complainant. The Appellant is hence advised to seek specific information available in the records of the Public Authority.
