Ext.P4 is a representation preferred by the petitioner before the fifth respondent concerning the activities at the kerosene outlet run by Matsyafed within the Thankassery Fishery Harbour. The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this matter was taken up for admission, is for a direction to the fifth respondent to take a decision on Ext.P4 representation.
