The Appellant sought copies of answer sheet, result, re-evaluated answer sheet and marks obtained in the MEO CL-1 exam conducted on 01.02.2018.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present:-
Appellant: Present through VC.
Respondent: Jayanta Mukhopadhaya, DDG(Tech) & CPIO, Engineer & Ship Surveyor Cum DDG (Tech),Ministry of Shipping, Mercantile Marine Department, Mumbai present through VC Appellant stated that he is not satisfied with the information provided by the CPIO.
CPIO submitted that relevant documents as sought in the instant RTI Application has already been provided to the Appellant.
Appellant interjected to state that the document provided to him was incomplete and contained only a single page.
Decision Commission on the basis of the proceedings during hearing as well as to allay the apprehension of the Appellant directs the CPIO to provide copy of the answer sheet, re-evaluated answer sheet (if any) and marks obtained in the averred MEO CL-1 exam conducted on 01.02.2018 as sought in the RTI Application to the Appellant free of cost within 15 days of receipt of this order and send a compliance report of the same to the Commission.
