This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the Respondents 5 & 6 not to register the unapproved plots in land situated at Survey no.116/8 Dharmapuram North Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents 5 & 6 are directed to consider the objection raised by the petitioner if any document produced for registration in respect of unapproved plots in land situated at Survey no.116/8 Dharmapuram North Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
