He states that his result of B.Sc. and M.Sc. six semester has declared on 27.10.2021 and as such he becomes eligible for appointment as per merit, however his candidature was not considered for want of degree whereas in similar set of facts, candidate Sandeep Kumar Roll No.165735 has been shortlisted in the final selection list. He states that his case is similar to Sandeep Kumar's and therefore, he is also entitled to be considered for selection.
