1. I have heard Ms. Dastane - Rao, Petitioner No.1 in-person who appears. She has taken me through the facts of the case. The Court is required to determine present Misc. Petition No.286 of 2023 which seeks ouster of the Executor of the Will of deceased.
2. I am informed that pleadings in the present cases are completed. I propose to list the matters for directions on 12th November 2025, on which date, Advocate for Respondents is directed to remain present pm the next adjourned date and the Court shall fix the date and time for hearing the present proceedings accordingly which may be noted by the parties.
