Petitioners are fishermen. According to the petitioners, they are entitled for subsidized Kerosene in the light of the Government Order. Ext.P1 is the Government Order.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Matsyafed and the learned Government Pleader that for the purpose of issuing permit for subsidized Kerosene, engines of the boats of the petitioners have to be verified and the verification was scheduled on 16.11.2014 and the same is now adjourned on 28.12.2014. It is submitted that the petitioners' boats will be verified and based on the verification, necessary applications for permits will be considered.
