In view of such order, counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order Annexure P-1 is illegal and arbitrary and has been passed without taking into consideration the fact that the State of Madhya Pradesh has already amended the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Act and has given recognition to CPS Courses.
2 W.P.2199/2017In view of such submission which are not disputed by the learned panel lawyer, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take into consideration the amendment in Madhya Pradesh Council Act as is mentioned in the order dated 16.08.2016 and consider the case for registration of additional qualification of the petitioner obtained from CPS Mumbai within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
