">SHRI BUTA SINGH (JALORE): I am on a point of order. My point of order arises out of Article 338 Clause 5 sub-clauses (a) and (b) of the Constitution of India. Can I have a copy?

DR. SUBRAMANIAN SWAMY (MADURAI): Shri Buta Singh probably means Artice 356 for Tamil Nadu.
SHRI BUTA SINGH : Article 338 of the Constitution enjoins on the President of India a special duty to protect the life and property of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes in this country. Under this Clause, the President of India has appointed a Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Sub-clause (a) of Clause 5 reads as follows: -
