The labour attendance is taken in NMRs.  There is a possibility of signing by the others.  This means there is a scope for corruption.  So, I suggest the Government to introduce the bio-metrics system for the labour attendant for the works and Global Positioning System to monitor the work progress under MGNREGA works. 
Presently, there is a chance of duplication of the labour job card, हेड ऑफ दी फैमिली का बैंक अकाउन्ट रहता है इसलिए this may cause the misuse of money by the head of the family.   I suggest to make it mandatory that every labourer should have his/her bank account by linking it to the Aadhar number.
