">SHRI B.M.MENSINKAI(DHARWARD SOUTH): Mr. Chair Sir, I rise to oppose this Amendment Bill brought by my colleague Shri G. M. Banatwalla. This feeling of reservation came at the time of our independence in 1947. People were expressing their views in favour of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru to become the Prime Minister of independent India. Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation, had the intention to make MOhammad Ali Jinnah the Prime Minister. he tried his bet to avoid partition. But Jinnah had other intentions. It is due to the small mistake of some big leaders. Now unfortunately the nation has been divided into Inddia, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
