2. Learned counsel for defendant no.2 submits that he has filed vakalatnama today itself vide diary no.898264. However, the same has not come on record. He further submits that shown an unsigned MoU dated 12/04/2023 between defendant no.1 and one Shri Shamsher Kalra. He further submits that the said document is prima facie opposed to public policy.
