1. We have heard Ms. Dharitri Pancholi, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant - husband and Mr. Hardik Dave, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - wife. The respondent - Ms. Sneha Trivedi has also join the video conference today.
2. We are informed and are also happy to note that the father is speaking to his son Tanush every Sunday by way of zoom meeting.
