The petitioner is the widow of late Shri Unnikrishnan who died on 01/03/1995. He belonged to Parayan Community. In the wedlock, they have two children, Vishal Lal and Vishna. The petitioner is now seeking for a direction to issue caste certificate of her daughter who is studying in Std.XI. She had submitted Ext.P6 request for the said purpose. Aggrieved by the delay on the part of the respondents in issuance of the caste certificate, this writ petition has been filed.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the application has not been received so far.
