1. Learned counsel for NBE and NMC state that in the additional affidavit filed by CPS, Mumbai, no new averment or submission has been made. Consequently, they state that they do not wish to file any additional affidavit.

2. However, learned counsel for the Union of India states that he has instructions to take further time to file a reply to the affidavit filed by the CPS, Mumbai. Let the needful be done within three weeks.

3. Learned senior counsel for the CPS, Mumbai as well as learned counsel for the doctors shall file their written submissions within three weeks.
