26. In the light of above discussions
Guardians and Wards Act seems to be without substance. Sections 27 to 29 relate to the duties and powers of testamentary guardian
after his death and of appointing an executor, for appointing a testamentary guardian, for exercising a power of appointment and for revoking or altering
