Whoever kidnaps any person from India or from lawful guardianship, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which
relative of the child through blood or adoption or marriage or guardianship or in foster care or having a domestic relationship with a parent
person who is not his guardian does not of itself terminate the guardianship
