iii. That the IMEI number of both the handsets recorded in the
seizure memo matched with those

5. The mobile phone having the slip ... Spice M-4242,
color black having the dual SIM. The two IMEI numbers thereon are
910040864374801 and 910040868863809.
6. The fourth mobile phone bearing
mobile phone from the factory is
concerned, vide the seizure memo, IMEI number and the SIM card of the
mobile phone were noted. However
vide search memo Ex. PW-28/B) had IMEI No.352768044436257
which matches with the IMEI number as mentioned in the CDR of Sonu
Dahiya ... from appellant Sonu Dahiya with the IMEI
No.358290034757208 which matches with the IMEI number mentioned
in the CDR of the deceased
