year 1986, excluding the area of gamtal of Dabholi. On
completion of 10 years, development plan was revised
and the State
necessary price by divesting the
encroached land from Gauchar head to Gamtal head. However, the
petitioners were issued with the notices in the month ... runs under the head of "Gaucher land"

5. It was thereafter, the District Inspector of
Land Record, Surat, carried
respondent Panchayat
and other authorities to remove encroachments
over Gaucher land and Gamtal Land.
6. In pursuance of the said directions, the
respondents started taking ... list of the survey numbers
which are Gauchar land and Gamtal Land and the
encroachment over such land are being prepared
and the process will
ground that she has failed
to remove the encroachments on the Gamtal and Gauchar
lands of the Panchayat. It is alleged in the said
notice ... therefore, directly

land as "gamtal" out of 60 acres land and gave

with 'wada' land attached to their residential unit in
