would submit that the postmortem examination was not
properly conducted by the Medical Officer on first occasion. Re-
postmortem examination was therefore conducted, however ... postmortem examination was conducted at the Sir J.J.
Hospital, Bombay on 23.08.2023. Consequently, nothing incriminating
could be traced in the re-postmortem examination
specifically directed that the
investigating officer shall remain personally present along with
re-postmortem examination report and other papers of investigation which
do not form part of the charge-sheet. It appears that on 21.12.2023 re-
postmortem
when the news reports came it was decided to have re-
postmortem, however, the villagers as well as father of the victim refused to
hand ... earlier postmortem. The news reports further say that the police had
thereafter sent the dead body for postmortem to J.J. Hospital, Mumbai and
re
instructions, submits that the J.J. Hospital
where the re-postmortem examination has taken place has still not given
final opinion. The viscera was preserved ... concerned doctors from the J.J. hospital who
have carried out the re-postmortem to give a provisional opinion without
waiting for CA reports
