present present writ petition is to the allotment
of institutional plots advertised for sale by Haryana Urban Development
Authority (for short 'the HUDA ... Though the challenge in all the writ petitions is common i.e.
allotment of plots to private respondents, but in CWP No.2297
petitioner on
04.06.2008 alloting a plot in Sector 29, Panipat, which area was to have
common facilities. In terms of the said letter of allotment
units made requests for allotment of
plots. It is also mentioned therein that many firms want allotment of
plots in Sector 29, Part-II, Panipat ... plot situated in an area meant for polluting dyeing units,
so that such units are able to avail the benefit of Common Effluent
Civil Writ
upon identical facts raising common questions of
law.
The Improvement Trust, Hissar framed a Scheme for allotment
of freehold commercial plots in Vyapar and Vayvasaykunj
other connected cases -3-
plots were of the size 20''x 85'' and 60 plots were of the size ... licencees were eligible for allotment of
plots on fixed price. The petitioners, 20 in numbers were allotted plots of the
size
having common
question of law and facts.
Present writ petitions have been preferred by the allottees of the
residential plot in Sector 52, Gurgaon (except
three dwelling units on each
residential plot. It is also pointed out that the basement in a
residential plot is free of Floor Area Ratio ... meant for the use of
bona-fide residents of the plot and is not allowed to be sold to any
other party for any other
respect of the rights of
oustees for allotment of plots, as part of Rehabilitation & Resettlement
Scheme as well as other connected matters, list ... taken up for hearing by the
learned Single Judge and decided by common order. Even before this
Court, large number of writ petitions are listed
common questions of law and facts are involved in all the cases.
The petitioners are the erstwhile land owners, whose land
was acquired for development ... entitled to residential

plots being oustees consequent to acquisition of their land.

Sq. meters in Sector 27, Panchkula allotted to the petitioner vide ... petitioner the basis for demand of the enhanced
price of plots allotted to the petitioner's members;
