Chapter XX of the IPC . It falls in
Chapter XXA. Section 198A which we have quoted hereinabove, permits a
court to take cognizance of offence
from Parasbigha P.S. Case No.
122/2010 for offences under Section 198A / 34 of the Indian Penal
Code.
According
Case No.6 of 2010, State vs. Santosh and others , under sections 198A(2) U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act relating to case
place of "498A" it has wrongly been typed as "198A".
Hence, the order dated 27.2.2012 is modified to the
extent that ... place of "198A" it be read as "498A".
