3. It appears that before ... drawn our attention to Sections 20A and 20B of the AMASR Act.
Section 20A of the said Act envisages that the area extending
principles of natural justice and contrary to
the provisions of the AMASR Act, 1958 consequentially direct the respondents
to desist from any interference with
monument under the provisions of
Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains (AMASR) Act,
1958 and Rules 1959 framed thereunder.
