possession various Bank ATM cards, other
equipments, laptop etc. were recovered. In fact, in one of the
ATM CCTV footages, the applicant was seen withdrawing ... various ATM cards, bank documents and
ATM transaction slips were recovered from the possession of
the applicant. He has been seen in the CCTV footage
could identify the person, who changed her ATM card. It is
the applicant.
6. CCTV footages have been filed alongwith the
counter affidavit ... enlarged on
bail, but he was not seen in the CCTV footages inside the
ATM with the witness Km. Shivani.
8. Bail is a rule
been argued on behalf of
the applicant that CCTV footage of the
ATM does not show the picture of
accused applicant. It has been further ... time to file counter affidavit and
the CD containing CCTV footage of the
ATM.

the accused persons were shown to be covered by the CCTV camera ... commission of the
offence was reflected from the CCTV footage of the ATM machines.
The Bail Application No. 189 of 2020 for Kuldeep

found against him; he was not found in CCTV footage of
any ATM; nothing has been recovered from him; he is in
custody from
innocent person; he was
not found in the CCTV footage of the ATM; no evidence

Case of the complainant ... that accused person was seen
on CCTV footage while withdrawing the amount
on the basis of eight ATM cards which was
fraudulently prepared
attempting to loot one ATM. One of the co-accused
was outside the ATM. The applicant was inside the ATM.
One country made pistol along ... loot an ATM.
He was arrested red handed. The applicant was inside the
ATM, which was much damaged. There are CCTV footages
also in which
except this statement, there is no corroborating evidence;
ATM cards were not recovered; there is no CCTV footage
